In addition to free education, the management of Hindusthan Institute of Technology gives scholarships to students in a variety of categories, including merit scholarships, talent test scholarships, employee scholarships, sports scholarships and private scholarships.

Merit Scholarships are awarded to students based on the performance in their 12th grade board examination. Scholarships are also extended to the children of the employees of Hindusthan Educational and Charitable Trust (HCET) and to the students who have already studied in Hindusthan Group of Institutions.

We at Hindusthan believe that a little encouragement can go a long way in inspiring the students to demonstrate their proficiency, win appreciation and prepare their mind for higher targets in the future. Talent test scholarship is a special initiative designed to encourage students to earn scholarships and fee concessions based on their scores on the annual talent test conducted by Hindusthan Group of Institutions.

The institution also has an excellent financial aid programme in the form of sports scholarships to support budding sportsmen and sportswomen who have represented their institution in the university, state, national and international level of sports and games. The scholarship is extended to subsequent years of study, provided the students have a minimum of 60% attendance, have no arrears and are duly certified by the Physical Education Director.

Eligible students from poor economic and social background can also apply for sponsorships from various non-governmental and private welfare organizations like Shanthi Social Services (SSS) and Agaram Foundation etc. to pursue their undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Hindusthan Institute of Technology.
